Plot

Nurse Karla is fascinated by death, has necrophilic tendencies, and occasionally murders one of her patients to fully satisfy her obsession. Her life is deeply depressive, and she seems incapable of feeling love — except for death itself.

A lover she meets online also meets a bloody end. Karla is in contact with a lonely but wealthy man named Morris, to whom she occasionally “lends” a patient for a fee—allowing him to escape his loneliness in a perverse, sexual manner.

Thus, the viewer becomes a witness as the disabled Titus, who relies on a wheelchair, is handed over to what initially appears to be the safe care of Morris. But, as so often, appearances are deceiving — and the cruel reality is soon revealed…
